It typically takes three to ten days to prepare your résumé package.
We can then present the material to you in a thirty to forty-five
minute meeting. This can be done at a mutual location or we can
present everything via teleconference.
Please print our Writing Service Agreement, complete, and fax or hand deliver the document to our business office. This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may download it for free at www.adobe.com.
Flexible Payment Options
We offer our customers flexible payment options to either pay service
cost in full or choose the Flexible Payment Plan. We accept the
following forms of payment: cash, check, money order, or credit
card. 
The Initial One-on-One Consultation Fee of $35.00 is due at the
end of the consultation session. Payment for finished products are due
upon receipt.
DBMOORE Consulting Services reserves the right to withhold the final product
from customers who have outstanding financial obligations. There
is a $30 insufficient charge for checks that are not cleared by
the financial institution on which the check is drawn.
Our payment plan allows customers to pay service fees in full or
in installments throughout the cycle of the service being performed.
The fee for use of the plan is $15.00. A late payment charge of
$25 will be added monthly if the payment is not made on the due
date agreed upon by the service agreement. Customers are liable
for all collection charges. DBMOORE Consulting reserves the right
to change terms, charges, fees, or conditions at any time.
Payment Plan A
Full payment including consultation fee for the package agreed
upon is due at the time of service agreement. A 5% discount is applied
for this option.
Payment Plan B
The total service cost is divided into two installment payments:
- First payment plus the consultation fee is due at the beginning
of the contract.
- Final payment is due upon delivery and receipt of completed
documents.
Payment Plan C
The total service fee is divided into three (3) payments, rounding
to the nearest tenth:
- 1/3 Due upon initial service package contract. Plus all associated
fees.
- 1/3 Due upon presentation and acceptance of draft documents.
- 1/3 Final payment due upon delivery and receipt of final documents.
Payment Plan D
This plan is for customers who want to contract for our services
and would like to defer payment until the presentation of the draft
document(s). A $25 non-refundable plan fee is assessed with this
service:
- Consulting fee (Cash only) due upon agreement, if applicable.
- The total service cost (plus plan fee of $25) is due upon review
and acceptance of draft documents.
- Approved documents to be sent or delivered to client with 2-3
days of final receipt of payment.
Bills for installments are mailed within week one of the contract
agreement's start date and become due upon receipt of the Date of
Notice. Payments postmarked after 10 business days will have a late
fee of $20.00 assessed to the account.
Payments may be made in person at the DBMOORE Consulting Office,
through our representative, or by mail. Please note that all payments
must be made with check or money order for mail-in service contracts.
